1. Heating It can be heated to 100℃, using steam insulation heating,withbuilt-in steam or external steam.
2.Rapid cooling Built-in refrigeration device, can cool to about 3℃, set according to product needs.
3. Homogenizing (shearing) function
The blade speed can reach 3000r/min, making the product quickly reach a fine state or
break into pieces.
Functions:
This machine is mainly used for processing cheese, durian pulp, various
fruit jams, meats, etc. By high-speed rotation of the blades, the ingredients
are cut into the desired size granules or small particles in cheese-like materials
are completely refined (emulsified)to create a smoother product texture.
