Scotsman NW1008 is a modular ice maker designed for high-demand environments such as hotels, fine dining establishments, and upscale bars. It produces up to 485 kilograms of dice-shaped ice cubes per 24 hours under optimal conditions (10°C ambient and water temperatures). ​
